Jim Snyder has 35 years of real estate experience and was the top selling agent at Lee & Associates- Newport Beach for 30 years. Jim has orchestrated over $2 Billion and 200 million square feet of transacted commercial real estate.

Tidemark was formed to combine and build on the core services of brokerage and property management. This combination allows us to assist clients from strategy to acquisition whether lease, sale or investment.

Taylor focuses on brokerage transaction, business development, and investment acquisitions for Tidemark. Additionally, Taylor leads the company's marketing strategy and manages the company’s business operations.

Prior to Tidemark, Taylor was a marketing and sales executive based in New York where he worked for Time Inc. (acquired by Meredith Corporation), the British Broadcasting Company (BBC), and IAC. He has over ten years of experience developing digital sales and marketing strategies for leading brands such as the BBC, Time, Fortune, Money, Entertainment Weekly and People. Mr. Snyder holds a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business with a focus on Real Estate, Marketing, and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.

Taylor is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Lee A. McCullough is Senior Vice President of Tidemark Real Estate Services.

Lee brings more than 50 years of commercial real estate experience in Orange County to the team. From her start as an onsite leasing agent in 1973 to First Vice President in the Irvine Office of Colliers, Lee uses her expertise to guide her clients in the leasing and sales of industrial properties.

In addition, with her relaxed and knowledgeable presentation skills, she has been invited to be a guest lecturer on the marketing of industrial property to local colleges, realty boards and special interest groups.

Roger Rhoades is Senior Vice President of Tidemark Real Estate Services.

Rhoades was the founding partner of Rhoades Ewing Development, where he worked for over 16 years. He was responsible for forward planning, land acquisition, entitlement, construction, and marketing, including lease and sale activities. During this time, the company successfully constructed five build-to-suit buildings and seven business parks in Orange and San Diego counties. In total, 84 buildings were developed with the completion of 984,828 square feet valued at $289,832,000.

Before joining Tidemark Real Estate Services, Rhoades was a broker at firms including Lee & Associates, Grubb & Ellis, and Daum Commercial. His transaction volume has totaled over 7.1 million square feet of space and over $470 million in value.

Rhoades’ clients have included DSC Logistics, Trader Joe’s, Turner Development, Lincoln Property, Shea Properties, Chartwell Real Estate Development, and PPC Investment.

Basil Newburn is Senior Vice President of Tidemark Real Estate Services.

Basil manages over 500,000 square feet of industrial real estate across Orange County and North San Diego County. Additionally, Basil leads financial activities for Tidemark, including portfolio analysis, investment analysis, debt strategy and refinancing, and internal financial operations.

Prior to Tidemark, Basil was a management consultant specializing in financial planning, public bond issuances, and commercial lease negotiations at major U.S. hub airports. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

Basil is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Jessica manages a portfolio of 500,000 square feet consisting of both Industrial and Office assets. As an integral part of the management team, Jessica has worked diligently to establish long-term relationships with both tenants and building owners.

Prior to joining the Tidemark Real Estate Services team, Jessica previously worked for LPC West, Inc. overseeing Flight at Tustin Legacy and Culture Yard. Jessica currently resides in Costa Mesa with her husband and puppy, Macy.

Prior to joining the Tidemark Real Estate Services team, Steve served as Marketing Manager at Lee & Associates - Newport Beach developing their marketing processes and procedures. Steve currently resides in Anaheim Hills with his wife and son.

Chris has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience working at Lee & Associates - Newport Beach. Chris has worked extensively with some of Orange County's top producing agents in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Chris is CERT certified in the City of Newport Beach, a member of the Board of Directors for CARE Student Services for Goldenwest College and a Licensed Dog Trainer for over 20 years. Chris resides in Westminster with her husband and two dogs.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Design from the College of Media, Communication and Information at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
